| Procedure for web page development: |
1. Initial Contact
Here we are trying to establish the basic concepts of you, your company, your purposes, and your audience. May be achieved in person, email, or phone. We will request you to gather your source materials (text and graphics) for your website. |
2. Meeting
We recommend a personal meeting if possible. A more formal discussion of the "Initial Meeting" occurs where we try to establish all the parameters for designing the site. There are no charges to you as a client up to this point. |
3. Preliminary Structure
SWISS SWELL then develops a preliminary structure for the site in the form of an flow chart or outline. This structure is discussed in detail as it becomes the plan for development of the site. Client approval of the plan is required to proceed toward development. Estimate of charges is also conveyed and discussed for approval with client.
Client has the option of canceling the project at this time. The "cut fee" or canceling the project at this stage would be $100.00. Client is entitled to the outline or structural concepts for the site. |
4. Deposit Required
Upon approval of the structure and agreement on price, a deposit is required to begin development of the site. The amount of the deposit will be $100 or 25% of the estimated project price, whichever is greater. |
5. Website Developed
The website is then developed according to the structure agreed upon. No preliminary sketch or intermediate work will necessarily be available. |
6. Website Posted
The website will be posted with the ISP or Hosting Service of your choice. Client is responsible for proofreading site and noting mistakes to be corrected. SWISS SWELL will make one update to incorporate final corrections. Changes to content of graphical treatments may require additional charges.
